I'm working on an 89 MAxima for my girlfriend's parents. THe car had been sitting for some time due to a problem with the clutch master cylinder that I have since repaired. According to her father the car started no problem a few months ago. When trying to start it the engine turns but will nto turn over. Thought maybe it was stale gas. Drained the fuel tank and put in 5 gallons of fresh gas and still no start. Checked the fuel filter which flows through just fine but there was no pressure in the fuel lines so I thought fuel pump. Fuel pump tests fine but there is no power coming from the harness to the fuel pump. Checked the fuse for the fuel pump and it comes back hot. Checked all main power relays and they are fine. Tried to check the fuel pump relay but I can't seem to find it. Everywhere I've read puts it somewhere underneath the dash but it's not on the main fuse block nor is it under the hood. I've searched and searched and searched and I cannot for the life of me find this thing. Where is it and is there something else I should be checking on for as to why the fuel pump is not receiving power?
