this car is a hand - me - down from my mom.i have some other questions about the car but i'll start with the inside 1st.so i just want to know if yall think some heavy duty cleaning can save my interior .

here are some pictures.passenger seat.backseat.floor.

how bad is it?

Thats not bad at all. Use a shampoo/bissel thing to clean the carpets and seats. Folex for th stains.
