89 Ka24E to 92 Ka24DE swap..

My questions is, I will be getting a DE engine in the next couple of months from a friend and will work on it(needs new crank) by rebuilding and installing some new atermarket parts. what will i need from the Ka24DE engine to work on my S13 E engine? the transmission will work right? the only harness to correct is the one dealing with the dual cams right?everything else is color coded..I will need a DE cluster or at least the Tach? Can I jsut drop the Head and manifolds into my E bottom?? i have picked up the top questions from various parts but want to know exactly waht i need and any other info or tips...Thanks in advance..
