I need some help with my 240, the turning signals are out of sync and I'm not sure what else to do.

I've disassembled, cleaned and greased the light switch stalk on the steering column.

The TCU has been opened and inspected visually, all traces are intact.

There aren't any broken, frayed, spliced wires under the dash in the wheel wells or anything like that.

In the video below I go through the left signal, right signal, hazards, with and without the headlights/ running lights on.

It isn't too obvious during the daytime but the cluster is flashing on and off with the left signal, headlights off.

Don't mind the wheels or the color, they're temporary.

Also my wipers(front/rear, washers too), HVAC directionals, lighter and power window aren't working either. The wiper stalk tested good.

Any help is appreciated.

I'd start by checking the wiring. The side markers shouldn't be blinking.

Really? I didn't know that. I guess I'll be taking a another look under the dash.

The harnesses are mint, I pulled the dash out to see every single wire. No splicing, cuts, taps, nothing...
