89 Hardbody Z24 to Ka24De swap questions. plz help

hi, so i have a 89 hardbody with a z24 and the problem is that the z24 engine is starting to knock and tick real bad. i have a buddy with a spare ka24de out of a s14 240 he did a sr swap on. has the engine, ecu, harness. what i need to know is, will the ka24de bolt in? and will it bolt up to the trani ? i heard the mounts are the same and as for going from carb to efi i have the whole harness and ecu so thats solved. its just with the trani bolt up and is it a sure thing that the engine will drop right in? any info on the swap will be much appreciated. i need to do this swap asap because my daily driver was totaled so the hardbody has become the dd and from the sounds from the engine bay it wont last as one much longer.
