89 fender on a 93?

Will a 89 fender fit correctly on a 93 and look the same? [I know the 93 has a lower valence panel but it's not part of the fender itself]

the fenders themselves are the same throughout all the years of the s13, so you should have no problem fitting a 89 fender on your 93, and yes the lower piece just fits over the fender.
