89 E-19 Sentra Engine Exchange or Upgrade

Greetings

Need a new motor for my 89 Sentra H/B 5spd and I have three questions:

1.) What engines (E-19 and newer) are directly bolt on and go2.) What engine upgrades are possible with minor modifications3.) Wheres a good resource for reliable used engines in Virginia/Maryland

We have a few B12 owners that stop in regularly who should be able to help. I know at least one of them has a GA16DE (91-99 base Sentra engine) swap. The FWD SR20DE/DET/VE and FWD version of the CA18 should also be swappable with relative ease.

All of those engines have decent aftermarket, with the SR having the largest by far.

Engines are most easily found online and shipped to where you live.
