89 d21 z24 oil filter?

89 d21 z24 oil filter?
When I bought the truck it had a FRAM PH16 oil filter and ever since I've been replacing with the same one!! When I go to autozone and ask for an oil filter, they give me a different one!! Does any one know what oil.filter my truck need or are they interchangable? My truck is an 89 d21 2.4L Z24 4x4

Fram changed their filter. The new one fits but its a little smaller. It should be a PH3682

Alrite koo, yeah I wasn't sure if another would fit!! Imma buy that filter and see which one I stick to!!
