can this engine be changed to a carburator

Hi and welcome to NICO.
Essentially any engine can be changed to a carburator. You'll probably get a check engine light if you continue to use the factory ECU, and it might effect timing control because of that, but I would imagine it should run.

Is there a reason you'd want to do it?
