89 coupe sr20det, blacktop, with shifting issues.

I have an 89 coupe with a s14 blacktop swap, 5speed. I just replaced the Slave cylinder because I was told it would fix my issue, it only partly did, i have slight grinding randomly in between and gear, it never happens anywhere specific or a certain gear, it may be my foot on the clutch is slower then my hand but sometimes it happens going from nuetral to first at a stop light. it just grinds and i have to pump clutch again, The clutch pedal is firm and very springy so i have no air pockets. could it be my master cylinder, or maybe is it just time for a whole new clutch and master cylinder at once.
