its hard to pick.. but i'd pick s13 because it looks sexy with s13 front.

s14's are sexy also but i guess i like s13's cause i own one

I think a coupe is fine! What is the difference including the engine in th 89+ s13 coupe's we are all more familiar with and say a 1988 s13 coupe? I'm considering getting an 88 and putting an SR in it and I want to know what will be different about it from a 89-94 s13. Would suspension parts made for later s13's not go on a 88, ect...?

an 88 would be an s12 200sx (even if it has the 3 liter vg30e v6 in it)

I think the s12 is a very overlooked car, but my fiance forbid me to buy one.

Back to the topic, I like the 91-93 hatch the best, even though I own a 98. I feel Nissan was having financial trouble by then and started to cheap out on interiors. (no leather wrapped steering wheel? wtf?)

I would love to have a black s13 with the 180sx body work and tail lights. A very sexy car. Plus I grew up in the 80's so I like flip-up lights

Besides, you can loads lots of crap into a hatchback!

and coupe is more well balanced

close to 50-50 while the hatch is like.. well.. its more heavy in the rear 'cause of the hatch

Which would make the hatch closer to 50/50, seeing as all the weight (ya know, like the engine) is up front. But yes, the hatches are about 50lbs heavier.

Ehh.. I've got both. I like the S14s more though, I think. Maybe it's hard to find a decent S13. I see clean ones on the road just being driven by old people and I feel like punching them in the face and taking it because it's better than mine.

I had both and when it came time to get rid of one, I kept the stock S14 over the SR S13

I wouldn't mind having an S13 again, but I love my S14.

I own a 93 fastback 5spd. Love it/ Great to drift. Loved it when I had bald tires and a nice rainstorm would come. Car is bone stock and pretty fast.Smokes my friends like nothing. Was going to supe this one up until I got a deal on another one. I personally don't like the S14's luckily the 2nd 240 i own is another s13 89 hatch. So now working on 2 S13's to drive. 93 is for sound/show 89 is for drag. Going to bore out the SOHC and do some other things to it. Trying to decide..Should i go twin turbo set up with T3's or one big one. Planning to be finished in november. I"ll bring it to the mee tin Orlando when I'm done. going to keep it looking stock mostly.
