89 240sx with s14 swap problems HELP!!!!

I have a s14 black top in my 89 240sx and when i start it up it wont rev beyond like 2000 rpm and if i try to drive it then it dont go over about 10 mph i think it may be my maf sensor but i just wanted to see if u guys hand any other solutions for what it may be.

Definately sounds like a MAFS/MAFS circuit related issue.
