89 240sx will not start

hey guys my 89 240sx which is stock the only the i have put on is cool air intake so what is going on is i went to start my car and it will not start i did get it started but i had to have my foot on the gas pedal to start it even that i did not want to stay alive it will however stay alive it i rev it up little while

check the MAF sensor... did you plug it back in?

hopefully you didn't damage that fine wire inside of it...

hey i just got my electrical problem fixed. my car didnt exactly not start from upgrading the intake system, but i would say check your relays. theres many of them. I had to get my starter relay replaced + a new ignition system + alternator. i thought this would help but it may be even the engine harness. check to see theres not a short. i got all this fixed for 410!

Wow, that was hard to read.

Anyway, you can check your Mass Airflow Sensor, Throttle Position Sensor, or check for vacuum leaks.
