89 240sx what can I pull and plug and what cant I

OkI I just got a 89 240 and its running like crap. its really slow off the line and then builds up. it hessitates badly and it bogs out at high speeds. Please help.

also I'd like to know what hoses I can pull and plug and which i CANT. by hoses I do meen any of the multitudes of them on the topside of the engine.
