89 240sx radio problem

just installed my aftermarket radio in my car and everything works except the front speakers only work when i have the radio on....when i play a CD they dont work....after wiring it up i have 5 wires left over on the stock harness....4 illuminatino ones and one blue one.....im thinking its a second 12v ACC...but im not sure.....anyone have any ideas on why this is happeneing?

Ive never seen the harness for 240's but if u have a yellow wire on the factory harness connect that to the yellow wire on your radios harness and if u have a blue wire (solid blue) on both harness try connecting those too sometimes that blue one is for cd
