89 240sx problem, need help

so this is my 1st car, i got a 89 240sx but the left frame of the car is f'ed up and the underbody is pretty rusty, is it worth keeping the car and buying a new left frame for it? and what about all the rust?

post some pics. gotta see how much damage. a good welder can cut all the rust out, and rebuild the frame rail with new steel, then hit it with a good undercoating to seal it. gotta see the damage to determine.

if you know how to replace the parts and fix the rust then i might be worth to keep it (depending on how fukced up it is) but if you don't it's cheaper for you to just grab another 2fizzle
