Hey i was just wondring if anyone knew if there is any grease in the rack and pinion located at the gear, pressure adjuster or at the boot someone told me no but i just wanted to verify

No grease, just ATF where metal meets metal. Vaseline on the o-rings.

hey what do i need to do to get the whole thing apart this is just a part i bought from the junk yard. do i just un bolt the large bolt thats on the other side of the gear junction

two brackets, one at the pinion and the tie rod ends to get the rack off the car. when you pull the tie rod boots off, you'll see the rack at the center of the housing. pull it out. it'll pull out one way

aren;t there o rings and washers in the long shaft that i have to worry about

you won't need to worry about those. when you pull the rack, the metal bushing on the inside will let the rack slide by. the rubber parts at the end need to get replaced anyway. So who cares bout that. Just make sure you don't damage that toothed rack.
