89 240sx oil on air filter and in bottom of air box...

i was doing some routine maintance on the 240 and i pulled the air filter out and there was oil on the filter and at the bottom of the air box...Could this be a PCV valve possibly or something else???

maybe your AIV is clogged/broken

AIV??? Were is that located the motor is a k24 single cam
