89 240sx: no brake fluid going to rear

When I bought the car, the rear brakes only had the torque members, and the brake lines were hanging. I am currently installing rear brakes on my car. Is there some sort of valve that opens or closes the flow of fluid to the rear brakes?

There is a block that splits the fluid to the different channels. You need to have a look and possibly pull the hardlines and see what's clogged. Don't strip those lines though, they're no longer offered by Nissan as of couple years ago...
