89 240sx ka24e no start, looking for help

Hey guys. I recently bought this car not running. I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. The previous owner did a manual transmission swap, said the car was driving afterwards for a few weeks until it quit. I have fuel pressure, injector pulse (checked with noid light and pulled rail), spark and timing marks were dead on with the timing light. Car turns over, but will not fire. The spark plugs are fuel soaked. Looking for some advice on what direction to go with this. Car has 76000 miles on it, compression test checked out good as well.

Figured it out.. Timing chain guide fell off. It was reading proper timing with the timing light but the chain itself was off.
