Ok, it's not the biggest of deals, but I like to be thorough. I took out the back seat and the bolts that I took out went the whole way through the body. Can anyone suggest a good way to seal those up? I was thinking just some silicone caulking would do the trick but I wasn't sure how well that would hold up. Not to mention it probably wouldn't look that good.

I'd put some caulking and / or undercoating on them.

Really not a big deal though - The bolts fill the holes.

yep bolt and nut with some silicone sealer on the bottom of the washers that meet up with the body for the win
