89 240sx hesitation

I'm gonna look @ a 89 240sx for sale for 1500$ it has a hesitation problem at all rpm's in every gear. the guy can't figure it out that's why he's selling itand I am wondering what could cause that. He's replaced the whole Ignition system. so it's eather fuel or ail what could it be possibly?I'd like anny suggestons on what it could be. thx

Check the lines for a vaccum leak, mass air flow sensor, maybe clogged fuel lines or you need to replace the fuel filter or air filter.

probably an easy fix..like said above maf or clogged fuel lines..maybe a bad fuel injector..do you know if its running rich or lean? also could be the tps..some kind of sensor probably
