89 240sx heating dilema please help.

Ok this is the scenario my blower motor does not turn on in any of the four positions 1 through 4 . I tried another motor still nothing, the climate control switchs all light up. nd I checked the fuses for the blower motor they are both good. than i also switched the climate control switchs out for a spare one I had nd still nothing . ne help would b greatly appreciated thank you .

using a circut tester, see if power is getting to the fan switch in the first place
