89 240sx hatchback headlight problems

On my 89 240sx my headlights don't work right. My left up headlight comes up and then goes right back down, and my left does the same but gets stuck half way down. Any answers to my cars problems?

mine used 2 do that, try taking them all the way up manually with the turn knob, and opening and closing them, if it dosent work, try taking out the fuse in the box in the engine bay, it says Headlight Retractor on i think, a big grey box-like fuse, and put it back in, should work
