if it helps you at all i can take a picture of my fuse boxes in my hatch in the morning and repost..just an idea and in the second pic i noticed that the ground wire is missing a terminal.? might want to check and see if its connected to the chassis kinda on the side of the batt tray

I can say I know a lot about S13 engine bay wiring so I think I might be able to help. Tell me what exactly is going on. "I hook up the battery and nothing." What do you mean by this? No power? No ignition? Also As far as your picture goes, the two relays missing are optionals and the two missing medium sized fuses are for power windows and ac fan.

that 2nd pic, (11 0f 11), are of his POSITIVE battery cables... link both of them together to the positive terminal...
