89 240sx EGI relay prob.

i got a 89 hatch with a redtop sr20 and it had a ka24e in it. its been wire for the conversion accordding to the heavy throttle inside and engine harness diagram. well the full system was not getting power so we thought it was a wire issuse turns out the computer was not getting power. so we resodered the wiring for better connection thinking it was a bad wire connector. but still the same so we checked the fuses and the relays turns out the egi relay has to be taken out and put back in everytime the battery is diconnected and everytime the ignition is turned off the computer stays powered. so if anyone can help with this plz let me know.
