89 240sx coupe engine

i have a 89 240sx coupe engine as you all know these motors come stock w/ 140 hp and i want the motor w/ 155 hp so i was thinking of buying another ka24de motor from a later 240sx and dropppin it in. is this a direct swap in motor?
