dont really know alot about this but are the pistons in the calipers moving? maybe a bad caliper? Or possibly master cylinder? Again im just throwing out ideas im not master technician or anything.

Now that you replaced teh pads/rotors, is the car still stopping by itself?

Um, did you break in the pads/rotors? You need to get that layer of "crap" off w/ a break in procedure. Also, I hoped you covered the pads & rotors w/ brake/carb cleaner before you took it for a run to prevent it from glazing.

some procedures: http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/tech/tec ... ?techid=85

Also, did you remember to bleed the brakes?

Ok, there's at least 2 things to check then.

The easy way to see which calipers are seizing on you:

Put the car up on jack stands w/ the tires still on. Try and rotate each tire. The tire/tires that are hardest to rotate will be the ones w/ the calipers all screwed up.

Is your car braking and pulling to the side or straight?

And something stupid, but are you sure your e-brake handle isn't slightly pulled up?

i took my car to midas to get a free inspection and they wanted $80 to bleed my brakes to see if its a porportion valve or the master cylinder, and thats just for the labor of finding out what is the problem. they say that my two front calipers are seizing up. what do you think i should do.

Try bleeding teh system by going LR RR RF LF. This way you can be sure all teh air is out. Don't let the brake fluid resevior go empty or you have to start over. Also check for a hissing noise coming from underneath the dash board. YOu might have a leaking Brake Booster.
