89 240 w/dohc swap wiring issues

Im have a problem with the wiring at the fuse box, Ok so I've done the wiring splice for the connetor to the dash and I noticed that at the passenger side fuse box under the hood there is a four wire connector under the fuse box on the 89 (orange, black, red/blue, yellow/blueishgreen) wires and on the 93 dohc lower harness the bottom connector there is a two wire connector. which ones need to be spliced and what needs to be done?
