I have searched through the forum but nothing really matches

Engine runs pretty well for 201k miles. Starts fine, idles fine accelerates fine till about 3100-3500 rpm and then intermittently stumbles or misses or seems like no fuel since doesn't backfire when catches.

Have replaced coil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, TPS, engine temp sensor, O2 sensor. No codes on ECU, no check engine light. Injectors replaced about 50k ago before I got it. Cleaned MAF, electrical connectors, AIV mechanism, optical sensor in distributor (crank angle sensor). Only does it under load (i.e. can run it at rpm in neutral with no miss). All plugs seem to be firing.

THis is drivng me nuts. Any suggestions?

Turns out it was the MAFS. Thanks Wes.

I picked up a used one on eBay for $13. Cleaned it up, popped it in and all is good.

I think rockauto.com has them rebuilt for about $90.

Good luck.
