88 D21 wont turn over

Got a new starter, new battery and new starter relay.

Old rusty truck has short, clueless on electrics; any ideas?

When I got the new battery it went "Click" the starter was bad got a new starter it went "click" then it would not even click.

Got a new starter relay it went "click" Once, disconected the battery (short) came back next day, reconnected battery, no click dead silence no lights or anything.WTF?

Track your battery cables and look specifically for corrosion around where the ground bolts to the body. If the cables are old and crusty, you may not be getting good contacts.
