Is there a diagram and a special tool to remove the window trim on the glass? its the rear glass just over the rear wheel well. I have some rust there that I need to treat.

No special tools, two nuts, some clips, maybe heat...

The only trick is that you have to basically dismantle the car. The interior quarter trim has to come out to get at the nuts that hold it on, and if memory serves the trim is bonded to the glass which is also bonded in so you have to push it out slowly with aid of heat if it's cold at the time. Also the interior quarter trim requires the carpet. and pad form the parcel shelf be removed, then the shelf, and the rear finisher and the rear roof trim IIRC. Time consuming but not difficult.
