87 Z Groans

It's been doing this for awhile now. When i go to drive it groans. Differential oil is good, Brakes are decent, drives fine. The groaning will stop when i slightly tap on the brake. i can be going and it will groan and if i hold the brake while accelerating it will go away. if i brake going around a sharper corner it will make a grinding noise(Almost like a dragging grind) other then that it brakes fine. I've checked my fluids and all looks good. I'm going to get the grease gun and check my grease points on the calipers. Only other thing i can think of is that the Rotors are going down hill.
