87 pulsar

Hey everyone I am new to this forum,I have a 87 Pulsar that is in overall good shape,But not running.It was my mothers car since new and ran Ran fine then one day it stopped,I do not think it is a hard Engine problem But something electrical.She had some guy work on it. and I was told he cut some wires under the hood and removed some Item. I can not see any signs of cut wires or where something was mounted and is now missing.I have never really been a car guy (mostly Jap bikes) this little engine makes me feel at home in a lot of ways.Anyways i wanted to say hello and make sure i am in the right spot on this forum for my car.I need to find good links to see what things are supposed to look like under the hood as I do not know what I dont know.Was thinking about ordering a wiring manual for the car.But I would rather not if i can find the same information on line,Thanks in advance Tom
