87 300ZX wont start

My 1987 300ZX would not run with the MAF sensor connected, but would idle with the sensor disconnected. I replaced the MAF and now it wont start at all... cranks over, but not even a sign of life. I am getting spark, and I have fuel pressure at the filter, where should I go next? any help greatly appreciated!

hmmm.... this an N/A or Trubo? is the CHTS connected? working? have you checked the spark plugs when this happens? are you fuel fowling?

Not that I am aware of... why do you ask? You were right, the plugs fouled from when the previous owner jumped two terminals on the MAF connector forcing the car to run rich. Cleaned the plugs, replaced the MAF, and she fired right up. Now all it needs is a head gasket and everything else that's bolted down.

it's actually evil as in well evil (family nicname...long story), then D for Dave (my first name) and KY for Kentucky (born and raised), which makes it unique enough that it's available on every forum I'v joined I used to be evild or evil dave on a few sites but found those names to be taken at most so I made it into what it now is
