$8600 fender bender

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

The car did exactly what it should have done in an accident- kept me safe but the hood, lights, bumper will need replacing - I'm so glad I wasn't at fault or hurt

Headlights alone cost $1300 each.

Miss my EX a ton and will get her back in 3wks.

Had to go to 3 repair shops to find one that had the scratch resist clear coat, finally did , and feel that I'm in good hands ....

WOW - glad you're OK and thanks so much for sharing!!

Can you post any pics so we can all properly gape in horror?!? (Not to be morose, but especially since you didn't get hurt, I'd like to see how the EX crumples in all the right places.)

Were you able to get another Infiniti to drive in the interim?

Cheers,David

Sorry to hear this...

$8600.00 doesn't go far now-a-days. It couldn't have been that bad, right ?

Did the Air Bags go off ? How about the side ones, did they come into play ?
