86 Nissan 720 Z24 vs Dual cam Ka.

So im new to the carburetor enginge. I currently have a Z24 2.4 carbureted engine but trying to find parts for the Z24 is nearly impossible. I want to do all the mechanic work on my truck but need to know a few things first. I want to know what I will need if im going to put a dual cam Ka in there. My buddy is selling me his ka for 800 w/out transmission or will I need a transmission also? Will it be a complicated process?
What do I have to change during this process? (Engine wise).

It needs the transmission and new motor mounts. Depending on model, also needs a different length drive shaft
