Welcome to Nico, the basic upgrades motor wise tend to start with a cone air filter, next would eb free flowint mandrel bent exhaust, there are quite a few choices here, I used to run a Dyno max setup, but certified muffler seems quite popular these days, you can upgrade to headers even cams and timing gears but the yields are small, if you want serious power improvement the turboswap si the way to go, finding a wrecked donor is the easiest and cheapest method, as for handling, the 88SS bars and springs are a nice upgrade keeping the stock ride heights and camber, the problem with lowering the car si the rear suspension setup allows for very little camber correction without a lot of custom work, search through this sectiona dn you'll find lots of Z31 topic's,.
