86 na upgrades

I know the 240 can get a million parts from different cars to make it better. Can anybody tell me some things for the z31 that can be gotten off other cars to improve power and/or handling?

Welcome to Nico, the basic upgrades motor wise tend to start with a cone air filter, next would eb free flowint mandrel bent exhaust, there are quite a few choices here, I used to run a Dyno max setup, but certified muffler seems quite popular these days, you can upgrade to headers even cams and timing gears but the yields are small, if you want serious power improvement the turboswap si the way to go, finding a wrecked donor is the easiest and cheapest method, as for handling, the 88SS bars and springs are a nice upgrade keeping the stock ride heights and camber, the problem with lowering the car si the rear suspension setup allows for very little camber correction without a lot of custom work, search through this sectiona dn you'll find lots of Z31 topic's,. do you guys know if q45 callipers and roters will fit on an 86 300 na?

uh......the 88-89 turbo brakes will bolt on and are an improvement over stock, you can also adapt Z32 brakes, I'm sure the Q has large brakes but not really comonly used sor swapping onto anything that I'm aware of

I havnt bought any yet, but I was at pull-a-part and capilers bolted on a 84 that was there. Just wasnt sure if they would fit for actual use.
