Could be just about any of thee above or even the battery. I'd start by changing or charging the battery, or try jump starting the car. Most parts stores can test your battery for you for free. Next would be to check over the wiring, make sure you have good solid connections at both battery terminals. then follow the leads, the ground cable will attach to the firewall and again at a bolt through the starter an ro bell housing. The main power lead will go to a brass lug on the starter with a smaller wire leading to the fusible link box. The starter also has a small wire that is the trigger wire when starting the car, check it's connection. If all checks out then unplug the trigger wire form the starter and test for voltage with the key in the crank position, if you this checks out it's likely the starter or a battery amperage issue. If no signal here it could be a starter relay or the neutral safety switch stopper issue, there is a rubber stopper on the clutch pedal that depresses a switch when you clutch in to allow the car to start, this plug can eventually dry up and fall off, allowing the pin it should depress to slip into the hole int he pedal and preventing you from starting, please follow up and let us know what you find.
