Hello Z enthusiasts! I am the owner of 1986 Nissan 300zx 5spd manual, rwd 3.0 liter V6 two seater, T top convt. . I have seen many beautiful 300zx's but only a few good drifters! Im interested in gettin mine an entirely new or used exhaust system, improving the intake and wanting to know what i need to get this thing side ways!. If ANYONE knows where i can get aftermarket parts especially performance parts, I E Stronger Clutch, Coilovers, Gas Shocks, lowering springs, shortshifter, and any way to make it dual exhaust please let me know? Or if u think it deosnt have the potential to ever drift and i should just sell it and find a 240sx please let me know! thankS

Well, for information to make your own coilovers go here...http://www.redz31.com/. If you are willing to wait until coilovers are developed go here... http://www.z31performance.com/. Between those two sites you should be able to get your car drift-able.

FYI Butter on the Z31performance forums is a drifter and uses his Z31. Also Benedict is a drifter and uses his z31.

Wlecome to Nico, MSA (zcarparts.com) is the largest single source fo Z parts, click the link in my sig for clutches, if you want power you're gonna want to convert to turbo, the n/a just doesn't have much potential

Swapping the rb into my car was pretty straight forward, just measuring and cutting. It took me a year to get it done in my spare time. Honestly if I were you I would build a VG first, but to each his own.

If I were to do this swap again there is a lot of things that I would do differently. If I were to do this swap again I could easily have it done in a month from start to finish.
