85 Nissan 720 King Cab S/T Lug Nut

Does anyone have a lead on where I can find a lug nut for the cast aluminum wheels that came on the "S/T" model of the '85 720 King Cab? I'm new to posting here, but am going to try and navigate the Flickr link setup. I posted some photos there. (New to Flickr as well)
