84 maxima rwd wagon help

I have been searching for days and this is the most knowledgeable place I know. I have a 84 rwd wagon I am doing a 1jz swap on. I have a noisy diff and want to upgrade the rear instead of trying to just replace it. Everything I find refers to a independent rear but mine is solid axel. Is there any beefier lsd rears as a bolt in replacement? Looking at 500ish rwhp street car. Any help is appreciated.

Sedans had IRS, but the wagons were a solid unit.
Anything you do to that original axle is going to be borderline at best.
Maybe a V6 D21 axle, but I think you are on you own here.
