84 kingcab 4x4 pickup sputters in wet weather.

hey, my boss is asking me to ask you guys :P. his son owns his 84 nissan kingcab. He was saying it sputters in wet weather. He is trying to figure out where the moister is getting into?

plug wires, distributor, and coil are at the top of my list.

he replaced the coils and did nothing. This is a carberated engine btw

a hah a carby. i assume its an 8 plug motor? i would verify that all 8 plugs are sparking(instead of just 4) and then i would try adjusting the carb when the weather is nasty. if you can set the carb for wet weather it will prob be ok in good weather. thats assuming its the carb.
