Before I finished the Z31 suspension swap w/ Z31 turbo rims & tires on the rear. Its now 5 lug w/ the same wheels and tires at the rear as what's on the front.

Rear (its been painted on the left side a few times for some reason)

Odometer... its just under 73k now...

Not sure if I'm forgetting anything... need to get some more pictures...

Its boosting 9psi at the moment (wastegate limited) but its spiked past 12psi on cold nights and its still right... I have it leaned out significantly.

She hits full boost under 2000 rpm at 1/2-3/4 throttle. If you put your foot to the floor, it just goes rich because the wastegate is just letting off the excess boost. I need to get it on a dyno and do a finer tune, and raise the boost to 12psi. Would make a great drift car with an LSD on the back. All you'd need is an '87+ Z31 Turbo LSD which will bolt right in (as the entire rear is now Z31 except the differentials and axles, but they matched right up to the Z31 stuff, so I didn't swap it when I swapped the rear arms).

I'm going to try and get some more photos...

Right before I sell her, I'll be installing:

NGK Iridium Spark PlugsNGK 8mm Blue Spark Plug WiresNGK OEM O2 Sensor

She should run like a top... (she runs really well NOW, but just a little rough and a little rich). I'd like to get a manual boost controller on there and dyno it, but I don't know if I have the money or the time...

I'd asked upwards of $3k before for it as is... got some interest, but nothing serious... I was asking $2k for the car as is recently... but now I think I'm going to do something crazy...

I've got an 90% complete CA18DET engine set, it just needs a few bits and bobbles... I'll add that to the car, all for $2500 as is. For the engine set, it will require a wiring harness, ECU, and a idle sensor on the intake manifold... everything else is either included in the engine set, or already on the car and can be reutilized with the new engine (Z32 MAF, T25 turbo, exhaust etc).

So, basically you'll get a '84 200SX 1.8 Liter Turbo, w/ just under 73k miles, and a CA18DET Engine set w/ UNDER 60k miles!

Talk about a combination!!!

I'd really like to get her out of here... the only thing is needs right now is a battery... she wouldn't start a couple weeks ago, and I thought it was the cap and rotor or coils... I bought a new cap and rotor and went to swap them and found the current ones to be in GREAT shape (they have like 3k miles on them at most), but she still wouldn't start, so I swapped in a good battery from one of my other cars and she fired right up... took her for a drive down the street and she ran GREAT! I've got an Optima Red Top I just need to charge... and she'll be ready to drive!

If you're within 300 miles I'll even DELIVER the car and engine on a trailer for an extra $200. I've got a 2002 Dodge Ram and can rent a UHaul Auto Transport and deliever it to your door... $2500 for the car and engine set, $2700 delivered!

Shoot me an email or a PM if you're interested... I'm tired of paying insurance on a car I'm not driving... =( I'd like to sell it yesterday!

Here are a few shots of the clip the engine came in... I do not have the clip anymore... JUST the engine set (i.e. engine, transmission, and the parts that would BOLT TO IT, nothing else from the clip).

Clean!

Kilometerage (would say mileage, but its in Kilometers, hehe). That's just under 60k miles!

"Engine Set" That's basically what you get... =)

So PLEASE, someone jump on this... I've had a lot of "SERIOUS" interest supposely, but almost everyone has just disappeared... =( So I'm now including the engine set... its worth over $750 by itself... probably more like $1000... it would be worth $1500 if I had all the neccessary parts to make it a stand alone engine set (ecu, harness, turbo, etc) but a lot of the parts are ON the 200SX already, bolted to the 18ET (turbo, injectors, etc). So I figured I'd just included it... buyer can either choose to use it, or sell it off... our choice!

Let me know if you have ANY questions, or what pictures etc... I'd like this sold, like yesterday!

Asking:

'84 200SX 1.8L Turbo Hatchback, <73k miles, $2000CA18DET Engine Set, <60k miles), $750

TOGETHER: $2500!

This could be an AWESOME drift car... all it would probably need would be an LSD, and some slightly narrower tires (I've got 225s on it, and they rub a little out back, 215s would probably be perfect!)

Thanks!

I'd buy the motorset, but tracking down a harness, ecu, turbo etc would be a pain in the *** and very expensive in the end.

I know... I had thoughts of doing it myself... and then selling it as a package... but then it wouldn't really be worth the time and effort...

Reason I don't have the parts was I was going big... Precisions SC61 Turbo, SDS Engine Management, OS Giken Clutch, etc, etc, etc... but all of that got sold off a while ago... =(

Yes, motor set is still available... but its mainly just the motor and transmission as I previously mentioned...

Engine w/ 2 intake manifolds (one is stock, other has the butterflies removed and is painted black).Transmission (no clutch or flywheel)Exhaust Manifold & Downpipe (no turbo)Fuel Rail, but no injectorsNo ECU, or Wiring Harness

If I had everything, I'd be asking $1500 for the set... being its just what I've mentioned, I'm only asking $600 if you pick it up or pay the shipping. I'll include it with the car for an extra $500 on top of the price of the car if someone is interested in both.

300 miles is my delivery range... sorry... it would probably make the drive... but the longest I've ever driven it was like 200 miles in a day in short bursts... =( front steering is a little wishy washy, due to the ball joints and aging components.... so it tends to dart a little on the highway... when you hit ruts in the road... otherwise its really smooth...

Wow, i actually am considering taking a train...across the friggin country. I am definatly interested in the car, and the motor, although i do not think I'd be able to get the motor back with me. However I do need a car right about now. Could you give me an adress close to where you would meet me so that I could do a mapquest search?

You mean like within the 300 miles? I could possibly bring it up to Washington, DC on a trailer and meet you near Union Station... Engine could be shipped at your expense if you wanted it done that way... but I can't vouch for the car making an almost 3100 mile trip... I mean I've put more than that on it since I bought it (or close to it) and never had any major issues... but I don't think I'd personally do it... but that's your call. I mean I had no problems driving it around town, etc... it never hiccuped on me while running/driving, but its given me starting issues / etc with the battery drain, and other things I've mentioned... but that's all up to you. Shipping it across the country would be almost $1050, and that's shipping it from Ashland, VA to Troutdale, OR (distribution points for DAS). Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there... I mean I'd love to sell you the car, and its got a great engine, great tires, etc... but it is a 21 year old car... so... I cannot offer a guarantee its going to make a 3100 miles road trip... =(

hey send me an instant message on AIM "The Pumaking" if we can work something out than I'll buy the motorset off of you. This is a serious inquiry I have the money in hand but we have to negotiate.
