will the doors from an 2wd 82 fit on an 85 king cab 4x4...

Pretty sure they had the same cabs standard and king cab from beginning to end. Only thing that changed was taillights from datsun style to nissan style and the motors.

There are lots of differences between 2wd and 4wd in the drive train and frame. but cabs should be universal.

I can try to check today. Being as I have both, unfortunately not at the same local...

Yes it would. They're all the same. Standard cab, king cab, sport truck. It doesn't matter.
