Having problems figuring out this charging problem. Cant find a decent wiring diagram anywhere. Basically it wont charge took alternator to get tested and it passed. Removed a condeser from the back of the alternator but it was still doing this problem before that. Checked fusible links all ok. there is a discrepence where on wire says it should go to ign. there is no prong for the fusible link to plug into but also no broken wire behind it or in the harness. Been told to check the warning lamps for malfunction but i dont know how to do that without a wiring diagram any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the ground wire is hooked up to the alt. I am guessing your battery and brake light is staying on? This was a pretty common problem back in the day[ poor ground or no ground on the alt housing.
