Hi,
New here and Zero Mechanic knowledge.
I have a 1982 Manufactured 1983 Model Year 720 ext cab 4x4.
Need proper fit for the Front 1/2 Axles etc.
Common replacement parts are for 1983 Built and do NOT fit.
Any + All help would be appreciated here.
Heard a rumor that old 240Z rears could be flipped upside down and used on Fronts of 720s.

Maybe you can look up both the 82 and 83 model year factory service manuals (www.nicoclub.com/fsm) and see which one looks like yours, then buy that one?

I don't know anything about them, but I have experience with model year changeover vehicles. I have a 99' chevy pickup and that was a mid-year changeover year for that vehicle and parts can be a pain. I often find it easier to lie and say it's another year. Have you tried asking for parts for an 81' and see if that works?
