The service manager at my dealership had mentioned in passing an 800 number to get the computer stored service records from Infiniti. Does anyone know about this number and what the number is?

Thanks

Call any Infiniti dealer - They can run the car's service history from the VIN.

Surprised the guy at your dealer didn't know this (unless he's referring to purged records, which are IIRC gone for good).

I thought the old service records that you can't get from the dealer can still be had by calling Infiniti.

Nick

Says that you can call a number to place an order for your records. A real PITA but at least they're not gone forever.

Hitman is right though, any dealer should be able to print you out the service history if it is on the computer. If it is not, then you'll need to call that number.

All of the pre-96 records have been archived at the main infiniti place. you have to call and it takes up to 2 days for the to deachive(?) them. atleast thats what happened with me

On the pre 96 all service factory records are archived with Infiniti in Irvine, CA. Dealer records will only have the services performed by them. Call the 800 number with your VIN and they will give you an access number to take to your local dealer and he can pull up the complete history. Infiniti got me the archive access number in less than a day. It's well worth it plus it's free.Steve
