8 Steps to Rb starting?

Was wondering if any one followed this guide and figured out the 4a. to 4c. section of ECU wiring? I have a 89 240 and step 4a says red wire(101 ECCS relay) to RB white plug red wire (AF04)?I dont have a plain red wire at plug and in this and following he uses AF prefixes on wire descriptions didnt know what that meant. Pretty much have rest of wiring finished just stuck on the 4a to 4c part. Thanks
