I found out that the SCCA holds AUTOCROSS events locally here on Long Island right next to Hofstra University at Nassau Colleseum...

Its $50 if you register online ($40 if you are an SCCA member) Registration Page

The track is pretty long, id say its 3x longer than Carlisle and is in perfect condition... All cars are welcome and spectators are welcome too!

Tech:Car must be EMPTY (not even floormats)TIME: You have to get there at 8am for Tech, event ends at 4:30pm

I put my HERO cam ontop of a Evo today to give you guys an idea of what its like(will be uploaded here later), and I am so excited for Aug 23rd! There are 2 more weekends after that this season... Sept 12 and Sept 27thhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRLNXstbD04

Some useful info on AutoCrossing

Directions to Nassau Coleseum

Good luck with your event. NY is a bit far from DC for me =P Let us know your results.
